You’ve done your research, so maybe you’ve noticed a common thread. It runs through just about every Maserati review you’ll come across. It’s about the passion Maserati owners feel for their cars.
Today, it’s all about the fine lines, attention to detail and inspired Italian design. But when you turn back the pages of history, you’ll discover the racing heart of a champion. A marque that set its standard on the world’s legendary road courses including Monza and the legendary Targa Florio. Go back further and you’ll come upon Maserati’s back-to-back Indianapolis 500 wins.
Passion? At age 47, Juan Manuel Fangio drove his Maserati 250F to an improbable comeback victory in the 1957 Grand Prix of Germany. At 14 miles a lap, Fangio earned his fourth consecutive World Championship by setting and then re-setting the lap record nine times. His win is regarded as one of the greatest victories in racing history.
GHIBLI – YOUR NOT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE
First introduced as a prototype in 1966 at the Turin Auto Show, the Maserati Ghibli was an immediate head turner, due to the sleek and stunning lines created by Ghia’s new head designer, Giorgio Giugiaro. The 2+2 two-door coupe was powered by a 300 horsepower V8 engine. Spyder and SS versions soon followed.
The original production run ended in 1973, to be revived a few years later as a Sports-Luxury two-door sedan, based on the Biturbo coupe. At one point the Ghibli was rated as the most powerful road car in the world, spawning its own racing series with the Ghibli Open Cup. Production ended in 1998.
The third (current) generation of the Ghibli debuted in 2013 as Maserati’s most successful mid-sized executive car, with an emphasis on organic Italian design, luxury and performance, with more than 100,000 cars sold. The Maserati Ghibli is the perfect combination of four-door luxury and sporting performance.

QUATTROPORTE – AN ICON OF ITALIAN ELEGANCE
Quattroporte. The word roles over your tongue as easily as the next sip of Lambrusco, but the English translation of ‘four doors’ hardly does justice to Maserati’s iconic, svelte and sport-minded luxury sedan. The Quattroporte turned its first well-heeled wheel at the Turin Auto Show in 1963, making history as Maserati’s largest-ever sedan, powered by A V8 engine. Now in its sixth generation, the Quattroporte can inspire an Italian love affair with a single glance, especially if you’ve been speed-dating its competition.
Today’s Maserati Quattroporte sports long, flowing lines, accented with sharp edges that distinguish the car from any other. Inside, luxurious appointments impress: the spacious cabin invites you to stretch out in unmatched comfort, with hand-stitched detailing throughout, and with available executive rear seating.
Still assembled by hand at the factory in Modena, Maserati offers powerful V6 and V8 engines built by Ferrari in nearby Maranello. The Maserati Quattroporte has always stood for race-bred performance with unrivaled luxury and 2020’s models offer up to 523 horsepower and a top speed of 193 mph. The Maserati Quattroporte is the ultimate balance of performance, luxury and comfort.

LEVANTE – THE MASERATI OF SUV’S
Introduced for the 2017 model year, Maserati’s mid-sized performance crossover SUV is winning best of class-pacing kudos for its muscular good looks, Italian style, exceptional handling and it’s built-by-Ferrari engines.
The Maserati Levante is offered in four trim levels, largely defined by engine output. A twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 powers both the base Levante (345 horsepower) and the Levante S (424 horsepower). A turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 is reserved for the GTS at 550 horsepower and the top of the line Levante Trofeo, with an impressive 590 horsepower.
Well-appointed style and comfort. That’s what comes to mind when you take in the Levante’s interior. A leather covered dashboard sets the tone. Wood trim with chrome accents adds another layer of exclusivity. A long list of standard features is enhanced by an exceptionally generous list of available options, too. Named by Edmunds as one of the fastest SUVs, the Maserati Levante is a purpose-built purebred for those wanting to stand out from the crowd.
